Ario B. Kiarash, M.D.
Dr. Kiarash is an orthopedic surgeon with special interest and training in the areas of Adult reconstruction and diseases of the hip, knees, ankle and feet. He is a pioneer in new techniques and technology adaptation in the area of hip, knee and ankle arthroplasty. He is the first Orthopaedic surgeons in Tucson to offer his patients total hip arthroplasty through a Modified Anterior approach. He is also one of the first orthopaedic surgeons in Arizona and the surrounding areas of The Southwest to use shape fitting technology in knee arthroplasty such as Otis Med™, and Visionaire™. In addition, he is a member of design team for a new Total ankle arthroplasty implant. He completed his undergraduate training at University of Texas, Dallas. After graduating from the George Washington University School of Medicine with Distinction, he completed his residency training in orthopedic surgery, at Allegheny General Hospital. He then continued his education in orthopedic surgery with fellowship training in foot and ankle surgery at the Mayo Clinic. Dr. Kiarash has served as Clinical Assistant Professor in Orthopaedic Surgery at University of Arizona since 2002.
Domingo Cheleuitte, M.D.
Dr. Cheleuitte is an orthopedic surgeon with special training and interest fractures and ankle and foot surgery. Dr. cheleuitte completed his undergraduate training at Georgetown University with honors. Then, after graduating from Harvard Medical School, he completed his residency training in orthopedic surgery through the Harvard Combined Orthopaedic Residency Program. He then completed his education with fellowship training in orthopedic ankle and foot surgery at Baylor University Medical Center. Dr. Cheleuitte Has served as Clinical assistant professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at University of Arizona since 2006.
Brett L. Haywood, M.D.
Dr. Haywood is an orthopedic surgeon with special interest and training in the areas of Sports Medicine, and Adult reconstruction. His elective practice interests are mainly concentrated on the disorders of the hip, knees, and shoulders. He is a pioneer in new techniques and technology adaptation in the area of hip, knee and shoulder arthroplasty. He is the one of the first Orthopaedic surgeons in Tucson to offer his patients total hip arthroplasty through a Modified Anterior approach. He is also one of the first orthopaedic surgeons in Arizona and the surrounding areas of The Southwest to use shape-fitting technology in knee arthroplasty such as Otis Med™, and Visionaire™. He completed his undergraduate training at Baylor University, and then attended University of Arizona College of Medicine. Dr. Haywood then completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at University Medical Center in Tucson, Arizona, followed by a one-year fellowship in Sports Medicine at the University of Arizona Department of Orthopaedic Surgery. Dr. Haywood has served as a clinical instructor in the department of Orthopaedic Surgery at University of Arizona.
