Medicare

Our physicians are participation providers with Medicare, and we will file your Medicare claims for our services. We do not expect any payments from you until after Medicare has processed your claims. If you have secondary insurance, those claims will also be filed for you.

Workers Compensation

Southwest Orthopaedic Surgery Specialists is contracted with in-state Arizona Workers Compensation. We require that you provide us with your workers compensation claim number, the name of your carrier, the date of injury, your employer at the time of injury, and the part of body that was injured.
